It's a better overall timing 3:00:12 for me this year. Halfway around the race it's started to rain and eventually it got heavier so you can imagine the wetness and the difficulty during the race. I did some jogging training before this marathon thats how I can get the better timing this year.Category rating is 2305 over 3456 runner in "D" category.Now I've got 3 medals

Last week our whole class went to Kota Damansara for a lab section.It's kinda of easy to find the University from the toll.I manage to take this picture as we are going up the class. There are many nurse taking courses there.Those who have been there will know what Im talking aboutm more like hospital then a school.

Dio..Can you hear me?

It's kinda shocking Ronnie James Dio the godfather of heavy metal dead.He is well known in the early years of rock he performed with Elf ,rainbow,Black Sabbath , Heaven and Hell , and his own band Dio. He was also featured in the movie Tenacious D ,it's one of my favorite movie.Sad but true he died of stomach cancer on May 16, 2010.RIP

Temperature rising

Last 2 days ago, as I was driving to work, I noticed my temp was in the middle range. After driving for about 15mins the temp. is moving upwards to the red zone. Luckily I manage to reach my office on time(it didnt reach the red zone). About 2-2.5 hours later I check the radiator tank to see how much coolant was left inside. It was about a quarter tank dried up.So I took a water hose and water the fan and also fill the radiator plus the spare tank. As I driving my way to the workshop the temp. was ok at the 1st few minutes then it started to raise again. So I keep going on til I reach the workshop but this time it was very hot.
After letting the mechanic check , he found out that the water pump is leaking therefore the engine over heated. Well, this is the 3rd time the engine overheated and Iwould say it's kinda strong. huh?

Watch out for data charges on your GPS phone

I was shocked to receive my bill for last month as I didnt aspect the GPS charges are that costly.
As I didnt know that using my garmin GPS will cost me a cent.I thought it's free.
Then I went to Maxis centre to ask them.Finally they manage to give a minimum waive but still it's way to much to pay for a GPS function.After this no more GPS for me on the phone

New brake pads

Recently I just change my brake pads to the Ultrex Performance Brake Pad. I think the old one , I have been about close to 2 years now. This product is recommended by Hyper Racing.
